Two parts. TransMon CMOS is priced on users and program scope. The AI layers are usage-based — AutoQA on interactions auto-scored (voice or chat), Transcription on minutes processed. You only pay for the layers you switch on.
They compose. The CMOS stands alone; AutoQA (voice or chat) and Transcription run on top of it. Chat AutoQA needs no transcription since chats are already text, and Transcription can also feed your own analytics directly. Mix to match how mature your QA program is.
For AutoQA, one unit is one interaction auto-scored — a voice call or a chat/email. Chats are text already, so they don't consume transcription. Transcription is billed per audio minute for the voice you want transcribed. Each layer ships with a monthly allowance you can top up.
Yes — we run a scoped POC on a slice of your own calls so you can see auto-scoring and transcription accuracy on real audio before committing. Just flag it in your request.
